Apply engineering principles to review construction submissions for on-going projects. Provide engineering support for the On-Dock Rail Support Facility Program. Act as a point of contact for engineering workflows and document control to keep program on target and technically viable. Review project schedules and assist in the development of work plans to support project milestones. Assist in the preparation or modification of monthly reports, specifications, plans, and construction schedules.
